Was contacted by RGM after my post regarding my boiler not working and they came out the same day. 
Both boys were very friendly and professional, excellent service was received throughout and my boiler was fitted with the new part the very next day. Thought it would also cost more overall so very happy with the price.

I was very surprised at how fast and efficient the service from RGM Heating Ltd was. I was a little embarrassed as I could have probably done the job myself as all I needed to do was reset the button on the boiler itself, but the boss gave me a discount on the call-out charge which was a big thing for me! The engineer and his boss were extremely helpful with whatever else they could do for me! (I wasn’t well, and the boss even dropped off bread, milk, etc) don’t think that’s in his remit but I did appreciate this kindness. He also gave me a reasonable quote for a new boiler which I would very much like to accept due to how they were friendly but professional at the same time. You can’t go far wrong with tradesmen that offer help, kindness, and good deals!!

Contacted RGM Heating to enquire regarding installing interlinked smoke alarms as required in Scotland. Was quoted a very reasonable estimate and the work was carried out a couple of days later by very competent and friendly installers, the price quoted was what I was billed for. Would use this company again.

RGM Heating Ltd carried out our annual service on our combi-boiler at a time to suit our needs. 
Care and attention gave and there was no mess. Good clear advice was given, and it didn’t feel like a rushed job. Reasonable price as well. We also arranged to have the new interlinked smoke and heat detectors installed. 
They removed our old smoke alarms and replaced them with new ones. The additional detectors were also installed without any mess or need to decorate. The full demonstration was provided. I will be using them again and would recommend them due to their customer service, quality and value.

This is the first time that I have used RGM Heating. They did the power flush and spent time finding faults in the boiler. However, I decided to have a new date boiler installed. All the work was carried out very quickly and professionally. I will be using RGM for any future work and servicing.
